21 Day Fix Results

Good Morning!!

So...I finished my first round of the 21 Day Fix and I couldn't be more happy with my results! The last week was hard but I pushed through and worked my butt off! I had my double workouts everyday during the last week and then I would go outside to do yard work to burn some extra calories. I cut the grass (with the push mower) and trimmed branches off of the two trees we have in our backyard. I played with my kids outside in the hot North Carolina heat! I just did anything I could to continue to sweat

When I started the 21 Day Fix I was 225lbs. This morning when I weighed myself I was 219.2lbs! So I lost 5.8lbs but I feel like I lost more than that! I didn't have any muscles when I started and I wish I would have taken a before flexing picture...but I didn't.

Ready to see my before and after pictures!?
Here you go...

I can see a big difference but I can feel an even bigger difference! I am really starting to love my body and all the changes I am going through! My goal weight is still 170lbs. and I still have a lot of work to do but I'm on my way to the body I want! It's super rewarding to see these results after just 21 days. But working out and eating healthy really does pay off in the end!

If you remember when I started my weight loss journey I weighed 240.6lbs. so I have lost a total of 21.4lbs!!

Wanna see my new muscles!?

It might not look like much but I honestly had nothing there before!

My plan now is to start the 21 Day Fix again. This time I'm going to be using heavier weights (I want sexy sculpted arms) since I was only using 5 pound weights. I am also going to start today!

Just wanted to say "THANK YOU" to everyone who pushed me, complimented me and just encouraged me through the past 21 days! You all are amazing! And a huge shoutout to my husband who compliments me everyday! I love hearing him say he is proud of me!

One Last Thought
Set goals for yourself in everything you do.
When you crush those goals...celebrate.
If you don't crush every goal its ok.
Just set new goals and push even harder!

Losing it...
